Compute the gradient of the log likelihood.

This is equal to

\[\frac{\partial}{\partial \boldsymbol \theta} \left(-\frac{1}{2} SSR(\boldsymbol \theta)\right)\]

x (numpy.ndarray) – Metabolic parameters.

Returns:

Log-likelihood gradient.
